Every horse and rider combination is worth the investment. At Time's Side Acres, Carley is dedicated to opening doors for each rider and owner alike to help them see and achieve their goals. GROUND WORK TRAINING
The connection with our horse starts on the ground. Through specialized training methods, your horse will learn how to control the fight or flight response and find confidence through direction. Carley works closely with each student, teaching them the importance of feel and timing of the aids.
YOUNG HORSE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
A successful partnership leading into a successful show career starts at the earliest stage in their handling. Whether your horse is a foal to 3 years old, requires starting, restarting or help as you train your own, Carley can help provide insight and direction to owners and riders seeking help.
YOUNG HORSE STARTING/RESTARTING PROGRAM
Carley's work with young horses involves an intimate understanding of your horse's natural and individual history. While laying a foundation, Carley combines your needs with the starting process. For Carley to safely and successfully cater to each individual horse and rider, an application is required where the horse's experiences, knowledge, and trouble areas will be outlined.
TRAINING PROGRAM
With only the frequency of work being the difference, full and part time training programs are an option for owners looking to advance their riding at the same time as their horse. Both programs include groundwork sessions, in-hand training, training rides, lessons with your horse, hacking out in the fields, and optimal rest days each week.
LESSON PROGRAM
Carley has had the pleasure of teaching riders from beginners, younger kids in pony club, adult amateurs, up to competitive riders. Carley loves sharing her passion for the horse and her knowledge to anyone that strives to learn and work hard. Through one-on-one lessons, each rider can feel confident they will continue to learn and meet their goals. Frequency of lessons can be adjusted to the individual and their schedule. Lesson rates reflected upon current rider ability, knowledge, and location.
CLINICS & EXTENDED EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
Time's Side Acres hosts educational clinics for riders to excel with their horses. Carley loves bringing her contacts here to Nebraska to help the community grow and learn together. Top equine professionals and Dressage instructors will be hosted throughout the Fall/Spring/Summer months.
During the winter season, Carley's goal is to spend January-March in Wellington, Florida training with top professionals and immersing herself in the National environment. Depending on riders goals, training and lesson programs can be extended to Florida with Carley, or through an online Pivo/Pixem platform.
